Overview

Inspection was performed on two DVIA-P units installed at Tier-1 Semiconductor Giheung site upon request.

Daeil UI Program transmissibility and vibration measurement results show normal performance.

Equipment on/off state comparison inspection shows the effect of equipment IDLE-state vibration.
